House Building Project
Keefe Tech House Building/
Garage Building Program
PROSPECTIVE HOME BUYERS OF THE
SOUTH MIDDLESEX REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
History of the House Building Project
Since the opening of Keefe Regional Technical School, families and individuals have had the opportunity to have a home built within the district at a considerable reduced cost. It is a great opportunity for our students as they apply the skills learned in a real setting to receive the knowledge and skills necessary for gainful employment. The students in the Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical programs work on the house from September until June.
In order to qualify for the project the applicant must be a resident of the District, must own property or have a valid option or agreement for the purchase of property. There is a selection process based on the type, size and scope of the home. If you are interested in requesting more information please contact Joseph Flynn, Director of Career and Technical Education at 508-416-2255 or at jflynn@jpkeefehs.org.
