Programming and Web Development

As society becomes more information oriented, computers, technology, and the Internet are an integral part of most jobs. Our students are trained using a state-of-the-art 20-workstation lab running the most current  Windows Environment. Students learn software engineering concepts following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 

Programming concepts are taught using tools such as Visual Studio (C#, C++), Eclipse (Java), MYSQL (Database Services), Replit (Web Development Languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript), Scripting Languages Python and PHP, Vex and Lego Robots (Robot C). Upon graduation, students are prepared for an entry-level position in Computer Programming and Web page development or to further their education by enrolling in a post-secondary school. 

● Create, test, and implement games and apps using tools and software for web, iOS®
   and Android® platforms
● Work individually and in teams to program robots, develop custom software solutions
   and build dynamic websites
● Program in technologies including MySQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#, C++, Java, and RobotC
